Short bass fills are very important in midtempo music, and in this video, Dan shows you the easiest way to make one.

In this video, Dan creates a variation of the previous bass fill that he will use in part of the drop.

Video 6 - Plucky Bass

Having plucky, percussive bass sounds can add extra groove to your drop. In this video, Dan shows you how to design one.

Video 7 - LFO Bass

In this video, Dan shows you how to design a cool rhythmic bass sound to use as a third bass option in the track.

Video 8 - Glitch Bass

The final bass sound has characteristics that every midtempo drop must have: glitchy, lofi, noisy, and disturbing. After watching this video, you will know how to make sounds like this.

Video 9 - Sub & Final Processing

The last step is adding a sub bass under the mid bass sequence that we just finished, then applying final processing on the bass group and the master channel. Dan shows you his process in this video.
