Hi! I am Luis, a.k.a. Lufus. It's a pleasure to participate in this contest. I love thematic, melodic video game music, with unique leif motives, so I took the "WACFX_Short_FX_04_A_Cello_Low", ran it through some effects and created an original melody, inspired heavily in the aesthetics of Arc Raiders. I took the challenge to make at least the 80% to 90% of this track with the sounds provided. Here are the samples I used: WASMSFX_Rhythmic Glitch WASMSFX_Comet Rain WASMSFX_100_Gm_Desolation WA EPICHORNS A4 WACFX_Low_Impact_07_Woodblock WACFX_Short_FX_04_A_Cello_Low (Lead) WASMSFX_Alien Computer WACFX_Low_Impact_21_Fmaj_Low_Piccolo WACFX_Short_FX_50_C_Trumpet_High WACFX_Short_FX_04_A_Cello_Low #3 WA EPICHORNS D2 WACFX_Low_Impact_13_ C_brass WACFX_Short_FX_41_B_Celesta_High WACFX_Short_FX_32_F_Bells_High WASMSFX_70_C_Piano-Interstellar The only 5 generators/synths I used: Serum (Saw Arp) 3xOsc (Sub Bass) Kontakt Session Strings Kontakt FREE Trailer Hits (Devastator Warzone) Flex (Pad) (All done on FL Studio) I'm an avid fan of Venus Theory and his videos scoring stuff and talking about music in general. I'm happy to show my project or make a video about it anytime. It's been a pleasure working on this and thanks for the opportunity!
